Parsir Ris One
Pasir Ris One is a Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) project jointly developed by Kay Lim and SingXpress Land. Launched in April 2012, the 447-unit public residential development comprises 3/4/5-bedroom units.
It is located at the junction of Pasir Ris Central and Pasir Ris Drive 1, minutes away from Pasir Ris MRT, White Sands shopping mall, Downtown East, Pasir Ris Park and several schools in the neighbourhood.
